All payments for DigitalMarketingMD.com or for services provided via DigitalMarketingMD are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.

If you decide to cancel your DigitalMarketingMD membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.digitalmarketingmd.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; DigitalMarketingMD Funnels designs, DigitalMarketingMD Support Calls. You will be removed from the DigitalMarketingMD Facebook Group.

Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your DigitalMarketingMD subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected]

Invoices for DigitalMarketingMD can be requested at any time by emailing [email protected]

A DigitalMarketingMD user is responsible for paying all sums due to DigitalMarketingMD in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the DigitalMarketingMD user to use any of the services available through the service provided by DigitalMarketingMD does not relieve the DigitalMarketingMD user of their payment obligations under these Terms.

Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).

We do not offer any free trial as of now.

If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.

With your membership to app.digitalmarketingmd.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive DigitalMarketingMD-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; DigitalMarketingMD funnel designs, DigitalMarketingMD Emails, DigitalMarketingMD Automations, and the DigitalMarketingMD Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on DigitalMarketingMD Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within DigitalMarketingMD, exclusively for current DigitalMarketingMD members only.

This means that everything inside the DigitalMarketingMD Ecosystem (app.digitalmarketingmd.com) is non-transferable to any other DigitalMarketingMD ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of DigitalMarketingMD training materials outside of DigitalMarketingMD membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the DigitalMarketingMD Support calls are for current DigitalMarketingMD only.

If you decide to cancel yourDigitalMarketingMD membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.digitalmarketingmd.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; DigitalMarketingMD Funnels designs, DigitalMarketingMD Support Calls. You will be removed from the DigitalMarketingMD Facebook Group.
